Group Coaching: Improvement as a Whole
ignition can offer group based input for a number of managers or executives, combining the group methods described in our Teambuilding work below and the one to one methods found in our more intensive programme, Ghosts and Gateways.
One To One Coaching: Ghosts and Gateways
Ghosts and Gateways offers a more intense and personal experience one to one, focussing on developing or changing business behaviour at the individual level. It is intended for senior management who have a clear leadership role.
We have no set programme for this work: the input can be a brief, one or two-day intervention, or be for a longer period, as negotiated with the individual. The aim is to explore, clarify and resolve the professional and personal ghosts which hamper or interfere with top business performance and to develop the clear gateways of progress through which the individual must pass in order to reach their full potential. The input is based within an explicit framework of business ethics and will feature
- Emotional audit who are the figures from your personal or professional past that still exert a problematic influence on your present day or future performance?
- Motivational audit why are you doing what you re doing? What are the drivers that actually influence your performance?
- Behavioural audit what do you actually do interpersonally? How does the essential you alienate or motivate your colleagues?
Ghosts and Gateways is not intended as a therapeutic intervention, but does utilise therapeutic skills and knowledge with the aims of increasing awareness, motivation and performance in the commercial environment.
